ABOUT US

House of Shep (formerly Rebecca Interiors) was established in 2020 by Rebecca Shepherd. Rebecca has a degree in Interior & Spatial Design and a wealth of experience working under esteemed companies in Edinburgh & Lisbon, as well as working on projects across Scotland herself and being a designer for renowned kitchen and fitted furniture companies. You can be assured that your project is in safe hands with House of Shep.

Our services include both residential and commercial design schemes, help with project management and bespoke cushions to suit your scheme. We have experience from large scale hospitality design to small Airbnb's. However big or small the project or your budget, you can rely on us to guide you from concept to completion and create a space that you love.

We can organise a consultation with no obligations and discuss your project at length so we can provide you with a quotation. We are flexible in how we work and you choose what level of service we provide, whether it’s a scheme only design providing you with all the documents you need to implement the design into your space or we can take this further offering a purchasing and project management service.

Rebecca has done a few projects for us, namely transforming 3 of our 16 bedrooms into the loveliest of sanctuaries, completely re-designing our spacious restaurant and re-vamping our entrance porch and connecting corridor from the front to back of the building. These areas are often commented on by guests as being beautifully fresh and a bit of a talking point whilst remaining sympathetic to the old nature of this listed building. We appreciated Rebecca’s keen eye and professionalism and how each project was swiftly actioned. We hope to work with Rebecca again in the near future.

Your journey with House of Shep starts with a free, no obligation consultation with our Design Director, Rebecca. During the consultation we will discuss your project in depth to figure out exactly how we can help you. If applicable we will survey your space to take measurements and photos and then provide you with a quotation so you have all the information you need before you decide to proceed.

Once you have decided to proceed we will take a small deposit and will get started on your project. The outcome will include detailed sourcing documents with mood boards and samples which gives you the right tools to bring your new dream space to life, however we can also go the extra mile and take care of purchasing and project management to make your renovation completely stress free.
